Rashid Yachts & Marina is Emaar’s new waterfront district at Mina Rashid, the historic port beside the mouth of Dubai Creek. A full-service superyacht marina sits at its centre, wrapped by a promenade of floating restaurants, cafés and boutiques.

Around it, the residences look over the berths to the Arabian Gulf on one side and the Burj Khalifa on the other. The Queen Elizabeth 2, now a floating hotel, is moored a short walk away.
